Disabling automatic updates on Reclaim Hosting

All Reclaim clients should ensure that their Mukurtu sites have automatic updates disabled. Automatic updates for Mukurtu sites are no longer supported with the Installatron tool used by Reclaim, and all users must manually disable automatic updates.

To check your update status and disable automatic updates…

Go to https://portal.reclaimhosting.com/clientarea.php and login.

Go to the cPanel.

Click on “My Apps”.

For each Mukurtu site, click the settings icon.

Ensure that “Automatic Updates” is set to “Do not automatically update”.

Click “Save All” at the bottom of the page.
